Why gaia doesn't spawn?

So my friends and I created this mod pack with several mods to have fun during the school break and one of our goals was to defeat all the bosses in the mod pack, however we had a small problem when we start the botania, we did everything right, from mana manipulation to the alfheim portal, but when it came to defeating gaia it just didn't appear, in fact the beacon didn't even turn on, I saw several tutorials but it didn't work. Furthermore, the version is 1.12.2

The Gaia Guardian has several spawn checks that need to be passed, although when you use a terrasteel or gaia ingot on the beacon block, it should at least hint at why it doesn't work:

You need to be using a valid vanilla beacon block. Right-clicking it should open up the usual beacon UI, even if it doesn't light up. Note that while the visualization tells you to use iron blocks, the beacon doesn't actually need to be lit. (Using a tier 4 beacon with a beneficial combat-related effect certainly helps during the fight, though.)
Game mode must not be peaceful. The gaia guardian respects the non-violent ways.
The four gaia pylons must be in the correct position relative to the beacon block, 4 blocks out diagonally and one block higher than the beacon block. Make sure you placed them not only in the correct distance, but also at the correct height. Use the Lexica Botania's visualization feature to verify, if in doubt.
The arena has a 12 block circular radius, where there must be a floor at one or two blocks below the beacon position, and no blocks above that floor up to 5 blocks above the beacon position. For your own sanity, make it flat and flush with the top of the beacon base so only the beacon and the pylons stick out. Also, extend it a bit past the 12 block radius, because nothing is worse than getting launched out of bounds and somehow getting stuck there as it attempts to pull you back in.
