Sorry in advance for my broken english, it's not easy to use a translator when talking about minecraft mods.
I have this setup currently. The only problem is mana transportation. I could use sparks and mana tesseract from Botanic Additions (it has some bugs but it's fine most of the time), but the issue is, this setup wants this particular mana pool in the middle to never go empty and constantly being refilled because rannuncarpuses do use mana for placing blocks. Is there any solution? My current addons are: ExtraBotany, BotanicAdditions, Natural Pledge. I have access to all of them and all of the items since I'm in mid-late game.
EDIT: The best solution is some kind of filter for mana pool which could track the amount of mana transported so it could always leave a bit of mana to itself.
