I'm currently playing a pretty extensive modpack, Liminal Industries, that entirely changes the progression of the game. There is absolutely no access to mystical flowers until after first using the Petal Apothecary. I'd like to be able to access instructions on how to use it with the in-game book rather than having to look it up on the wiki, but I can't because the entries are locked.
