How do you relocate Ghasts with just Botania?

So after losing my sanity trying to automate Ender Air Bottles (getting the timings right was a nightmare and for some reason I only get 2 bottles instead of the 6 i would imagine i should be getting, i think some of the dispensers just refuse to fire for some reason), I have come to the impasse of getting a Ghast in the overworld, capturing it in a restricted zone, and firing Ender Air at it for tears. I think a Redirective Lens might be able to force the Ghast to look at the Dispenser, but that still requires moving the ghast. If the answer is to lure it, I have no qualms using a spawn egg. There are corners I have no shame in cutting. Is still a little sad, though.

perhaps my ender air issue is with the cloud hitboxes overlapping, which is frustrating but oh well, a profit is a profit, even if it is only one bottle every 80 seconds.

all of this for making constant incense sticks, eating up many hours

Whatever vanilla methods exist apply here. I think you can use minecarts, last I remember?

Yes, minecarts work well. Also, if the ghast can't see you (e.g. because the minecart rests an appropriate distance under a glass block), the ghast will eventually look in a default direction. (towards the south, IIRC)

Is there some one per ghast limit? Worked once and not again after...

It's a random chance, but should work repeatedly with any single ghast.
