Is there a fix for Munchdews not working properly with DynamicTrees installed?

I suppose there isn't much to add beyond the title; normally I wouldn't mind just removing the mod in question outright due to the bug, but I've only actually managed to discover it halfway through a hardcore playthrough and removing it atp would probably be pretty bad because of how much terrain I've generated.

The Munchdew only eats blocks in the minecraft:leaves tag. As far as I can tell, dynamic tree leaves should already be in that block tag, though.
If everything else fails, dynamic tree leaves should drop as vanilla leaves when broken with shears or a silktouch tool. Figuring out how to manually provide them to the flower might be an option. But it depends on your other mods whether harvesting can be automated.

I thought that it might work if they're manually placed, but interestingly enough it actually still refuses to eat any of the leaves surrounding it while Dynamic Trees is installed; I tested with a couple different types just to be sure it wasn't due to a mod not having the proper tag on their blocks but it wouldn't work with oak leaves either.

Is this something I should report to either mods github page?
