Issues with overgrowth seed on dandelifeon

Has anyone else experienced issues with enchanted soil not affecting dandelion on the 1.19 versions? I have tried the two most recent versions (1.19.2-440.2-fabric and 1.19.2-440-fabric) My tests showed enchanted soil working for endoflames on both versions, but GOL always ran at 2 ticks per second no matter what I did. I was not using floating flowers. I can do a full github issue if no one has anything to add. This also might be something changed by the modpack (Botania++ on modrinth) but It wasn't in their config, and there aren't any datapacks that could be changing the property.

Having looked into the code more, the 1.19 code has a different method of calculating the speed of the flower that does not seem to account for the overgrowth seed. I can make a PR to add the "private boolean shouldTick" method from the 1.20 file and that should correct it. But if anyone can help me test the change that would be awesome.

Yes, this is only really supported starting with version 1.21.1-447 again. We will probably not add it to older versions anymore, as the 1.21 port is already ongoing.
