I recently discovered that Quark bookshelves appear to lack the #blocks/enchantment_power_provider tag, which some other mods rely on in order to determine how many nearby enchantment-aiding blocks are connected to a specific source (i.e. enchanting table). It would be nice to see this tag added in a future update.
