Shape of Laputa Islands

Hi! I'm currently playing a modpack with botania in it. A friend and I used a few Shards of Laputa to lift islands into the air over the ocean. Everything worked fine per se, but one thing I cant quite get behind is the final shape.

I hope the links work. It's really a tiny complaint, but I prefer the Cookie shape over the Beyblade shape. Does anyone of you guys know what factors decide the shape? I tried to include the blocks that were raised from the ocean floor, if that plays a part in it. Anyways thanks in advance!

The shape is random, both whether it's a cone, and how much it stretches vertically. There have been some thoughts how a future version could "pre-program" the shard to create a specific shape and maybe restrict the vertical scale to a certain range, but no concrete plans yet.

Wormbo Alrighty I see, thanks for your reply and the little peek behind the curtains. I would love such a feature for a future update, but it's already mega useful and fun as it is right now.
Our current server is our first one with botania and it has quickly risen to be one of my favorite mods of all time, thank you for your hard work! I'm looking forward to following botania's developement 😃
