For inverted invis/night vision, you could do blindness and darkness (respectively), and absorption could give wither. Resistance, fire res, and water breathing would all need new status effects though.
Inverse of resistance could be instant health but only for undead mobs? Or something to flip their status effects? Ex: if they have poison and get hit, it would be replaced for regen of the equivalent duration). For inverting fire res and water breathing, maybe there's a way to make the target vulnerable to those elements? Like, fire does 2x damage per tick and you can't swim upwards in water. The first one would pair nicely with the flare chacram.
I'm definitely not a game designer though, so I'm just kind of throwing ideas around. I'll keep thinking about this though.
