This is a patch on 1.20.1-82 that decreases the version requirement for Forge and thus allows usage on NeoForge 1.20.1 again. No functional change on Fabric
Note that NeoForge is still not officially supported yet, legacy Forge is still the target in 1.20.1. In 1.20.2+, we will be moving to NeoForge
